Tecoma Twilight 2025

The council and members of the Tecoma Twilight Ethical Market team have made the challenging decision to not run the market in 2025.

This has not been an easy call. As you know, the market has always been run by a small and passionate local community team. Recently, the additional challenges and costs of compliance have increased, and the logistics of setting up and facilitating the event have become increasingly challenging for a small community of volunteers.

We’ve decided to take this year off to pause, reflect, and assess the best way forward. Our hope is that this will open space for us to consider how it might return in the future in a sustainable way for both the community and the organisers.

Thank you to all those who have contributed to the market to this point — whether as a stallholder, a shopper, a volunteer, or a friend who helped spread the word. The Tecoma Twilight Ethical Market has always been about more than stalls; it’s been a gathering place, a celebration of creativity and ethical living, and a way of strengthening local connections.
